What is Wakeful Living?
Wakeful living is the day-to-day, moment-to-moment connection with the inner peace that is always here—the peace that remains untouched by pain or conflict. This connection emerges naturally when we extend understanding, acceptance, appreciation and compassion to all aspects of our humanness. Wakeful living facilitates experiences of fulfillment, serenity, joy, connectedness, clarity, creativity, and grace that have been called being in “the flow” or “the zone.” Wakeful Living does not look a particular way on the outside or translate into any particular actions. It can look assertive and forceful, as well as soft and nurturing. However, those who live wakefully are often considered to emanate a vibration of peace. How long does each coaching session last?
Coaching sessions are typically slightly less than 60 minutes long.
Does the Wakeful Living Center accept health insurance?
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. However, because I am a licensed health care provider in the states of Virginia and California, many insurance companies provide some level of out-of-network reimbursement for my services to clients who live in those two states. Please check with your insurance company regarding the specifics of your coverage for individual sessions with an "out of network" licensed professional.
