Contemplative and relationship coaching, groups, and workshops are conducted in person in Wakeful Living Center offices in Vienna and Manassas, Virginia. As state laws permit, coaching is also available by phone and face-to-face over the Internet via VSee, a free Skype-like service that is HIPAA compliant.
